

Andrey V. (Viktorovich) Kudryavtsev
Was born in 1967 in the city of Orsk, Orenburg region. Graduated from the Orsk Industrial Technical college (1986) and the Ural State Technical University with a degree in Metallurgy of Non-Ferrous Metals (1994) and the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (1998).
Andrey Kudryavtsev began his career in 1985, working as a smelter in the roasting department at the Yuzhuralnickel plant. After serving in the army in 1988, he was accepted as a Technician at the Department of Metallurgy of Heavy Non-Ferrous Metals at the Ural Polytechnic Institute.
In 1994, Andrey Kudryavtsev came to the Mednogorsk Copper and Sulfur plant (Orenburg region) as a Deputy Chief Accountant. Since 1995 he was the chief accountant of the plant. Since 2000, Andrey Viktorovich held the post of chief technologist and deputy general director of the plant for economics. In 2002, he was appointed as Deputy Head of the Budgeting Department at UGMK-Holding.
Andrey Kudryavtsev came to RCC at the time the company was founded in 2004 as a Deputy Technical Director. In the same year he was promoted to the post of Executive Director at the Kyshtym Copper Electrolytic Plant, and since 2007 he worked as Deputy General Director for Finance and Economics. In March 2016, Andrey Kudryavtsev was elected General Director of the plant.
For his great personal contribution to the development of industry, Andrey Kudryavtsev was noted with gratitude from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and in 2018 with second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.
